I am currently an ambassador. This function in Amazon allows me to give the tour of the company to new employees. I oversee the training of new employees in my work area also receive and put away inventory, get customers’ orders ready and pack them up, ensure products meet quality requirements, I am also trained in Problem Solve Area I oversee looking for lost orders, verifying that the products are not damaged and if they are identifying them and putting them apart.
Follows standard operation procedures and reviews batch records to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), accuracy, completeness, and accountability. Monitor and conduct process inspections in the manufacturing area, implementing proper documentation practices, applicable visual inspections, testing intervals and /or methods, as per batch record specific instructions and current SOP. Properly identifies suspect material and performs segregation per procedures, or when instructed by QA management and/or per provided written instructions. Check batch documents to ensure product, lot number, expiration dates and all components are correct, and conduct online reviews. Performs AQL sampling and documents inspection results in the batch record.
Operations of packaging equipment, including Labeler, Cartoner, Little David Case Tapers, Manual Line operations. Hand Labeling, Visual Inspections, BFB Bundlers, Line and Equipment cleaning and Line Clearances, proper and correct Documentation practices. Work in Non-Aseptic filling operations. Certified on solution, suspension, and ointment lines. Experience in special sterile gowning and gloving practices and techniques. LOTO qualification, 100% status of all. Compliance Wire requirements include SOP, EHS training, Company Policy training and the required 6 hours minimum of GMP’s maintained throughout the year. Responsibility for the GMP, ISO, environmental health and safety procedure awareness, and compliance within the respective area. Attend and participate in lean Improvement initiatives such as reducing costs & OEE initiatives. Responsible for Maintaining Quality, OEE, Material Variance and Scrap goals.
