Over the past decade, I’ve built myself from the front lines to business leadership. I started my career in customer-facing roles at VXI Global Solutions and Wells Fargo, where I learned how to communicate clearly, manage high-volume interactions, and deliver solutions under pressure. Those early years taught me resilience, professionalism, and how to understand people, which became the foundation of everything I’ve accomplished since. I learned every layer of the work—front-line service, financial processes, customer retention, and problem-solving—before ever stepping into management.
As I advanced into roles with DISH Network and eventually into business management, I strengthened my ability to sell, strategize, and solve complex internal and customer-facing challenges. Working hands-on for years has developed my instinct for operational efficiency, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
For the last seven+ years, I’ve managed full operations, product development, and customer strategy for a successful service-based business. I’ve overseen financial planning, designed service packages, optimized workflows, analyzed performance metrics, and led initiatives that increased efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction. This experience gave me a deep understanding of business operations at both the ground and organizational levels.
Earning my Bachelor’s in Business Management strengthened my technical knowledge and sharpened my ability to interpret data, evaluate systems, and make informed decisions. Now, as I pursue my Master of Divinity, I’ve expanded my leadership style even further—grounding it in ethics, purpose, and people-centered decision-making. Integrity, accountability, and perseverance guide everything I do.
Perseverance is one of my top strengths—I don’t quit, I learn fast, and I adjust quickly. Whether I’m analyzing data, improving workflow systems, or managing day-to-day operations, I bring accuracy, clarity, and a strong sense of ownership. I take pride in elevating the spaces I’m in and contributing meaningfully to teams focused on aligning people, performance, and purpose.
I’ve worked hard to build myself—professionally, academically, and personally—and I’m ready to bring that drive and experience into a role where I can contribute, grow, and make an impact.
