•Walk the raw receivers, yard dog to bring in raw, if they plug up, or a machine breakdown help them fix it, call maintance if needed.

• Do major clean ups and start the line back.
•Always have a good communication with supervisors and process lead.

•Understand and utilize all sanitation standard procedures.
•Turn equipment on and off, following lock out and tag out procedures.
•Work with hazardous and corrosive chemicals.

•Work in cold, dry, and steam areas.

•Remove all trash, such as vines, sprouts, rocks, etc. from trim conveyor.
•Trim potatoes in a efficient manner in order to effectively minimized waste.
