•Understanding the line rate of how ir can affect the raw if not maintaining my bins full and sized properly.

•Size raw depending how they want to run in the line.

•Adjust my Hz of my bins to meet the batch weight expected.

•Fill out the paper work properly.

•Cut change to skin on and skin off.

•Always double check on the trending that it’s meeting batch weight.

•Peel grades 3 times a shift.

•Walk the raw receivers, yard dog to bring in raw, if they plug up, or a machine breakdown help them fix it, call maintance if needed.

•Know how the eliminator machine work and adjusted the sized being wanted.

• Do major clean ups and start the line back.

•Always have a good communication with supervisors and process lead.

•Keep areas clean.

•Understand and utilize all sanitation standard procedures.

•Turn equipment on and off, following lock out and tag out procedures.

•Work with hazardous and corrosive chemicals.

•know the proper way to clean each area.

•Work in cold, dry, and steam areas.

•Be able to perform major clean ups, cut changes, defrost In the 3 lines.

•Always work in teamwork.

•Making Totes, work in utility.

•Performed other functions as told.

•Work in all environments, such as cold, hot, wet or dry.

•Perform quality attribute tests on raw product.

•Record data and distribute reports regarding the test results.

•Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

•Trim all defects, sugar ends, etc from potatoes

and sort and remove undesirable potatoes from the conveyor.

•Remove all trash, such as vines, sprouts, rocks, etc. from trim conveyor.

•Trim potatoes in a efficient manner in order to effectively minimized waste.

•Stand for a long period of time.

•keep work area clean.
