Who am I? What a good question. Most of my friend would tell you I’m a happy, loving, and caring person. I go out of my way to make sure everyone is taken care of even if I am not. I put family and friends first. They would tell you I’m a little OCD because I’m always cleaning and organizing stuff. I would say! I am a mom of the 4 children 3 girls 1 boy. I have been married for 25 years to Juan Sanchez. I love being a wife and mom and grandma. We spend all our extra time together. When we have nothing to do we go to the movies. (Just because we love the Popcorn) We are a faith family. We attend St. Patrick’s in Hutto. You will see that there are many gaps in my job history that is because my family loves for me to be at home. They want to see me in the morning as well as when they get home. I grew up around children. My grandmother had her own daycare in Austin. That is when I first started work with kids. I would help her during the summer. We would take the kids on field trips to the movies and pools. The more I learned about children the more I feel in love with seeing them develop. It amazes me how smart they are even as a 1 week old. They know how to get what they want just by crying or giving us some cute face or sweet eyes. I feel like we learn just as much from them as they do from us. Over the years, I have learned so much from my job and what I want in life. I love working with children but over the last year I realized I love working with people of all ages. I love the feeling accomplishment when a project is done. I never dreamed about working in an office but when I did I felt so needed. Not just by my family but by the parents and my boss as well as the teacher I worked with. I keep thinking about something I heard and it is so true. God doesn’t just call the qualified he qualifies those he calls!
