During my time as a teacher's assistant in a preschool classroom, I provided comprehensive support in the development of educational, recreational, and personal care activities for children ages 3 to 5. My responsibilities included:
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of educational activities tailored to the children's developmental level.
- Supervising and interacting with children during free play, structured activities, meals, and breaks.
- Promoting social, emotional, and self-help skills through daily routines and group dynamics.
- Assisting in the preparation of educational materials and organizing the classroom to maintain a safe and stimulating environment.
- Collaborating with the lead teacher in monitoring individual progress and communicating with families when necessary.
This position allowed me to develop a deep sensitivity to early childhood needs, as well as strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
