• Responsible for start-up of new equipment in Pentagon renovation including air handlers, variable frequency drives, exhaust fans, fan coil units, pumps, Liebert units, etc
• Responsible for conducting functional performance tests on all new equipment with government representatives consisting of verifying alarm points on CRAC units, verifying set points, and calibrating sensors
• Responsible for surveying older equipment in Pentagon, checking operations of air handlers, damper actuators, controls(metasys), valve actuators, pulley alignment
• Completed reports detailing all necessary repairs, ordering parts and making repairs
• Also assisted service department with service calls, and light installations.
