I thrive on growing my communication skills and I am actively practicing developing good judgment . I am seeking to capture a part time or full-time position that offers a healthy work environment, clear vision of where the business is headed and keen on development both professionally and personally. I view challenges as room for improvement and I also see it as a means to gather more information and to understand the why of processes and procedures. That way when listening and understanding you can add valuable input & not just grow as a person but as a team. This will also help me to articulate company moral and mission to clients without shaking but also empathetically and in a way that it makes sense (even if the client may not always agree.)
