- I did voluntary concession work for my school to learn how to deal with high-pressure situations, to remain positive, and to solve any problem. This voluntary work also helped me understand how to put in the effort, and to be determined. I also worked for a home bakery in Blackfoot, ID, for a few months, and it helped improve my ability to listen and execute. I also represented the bakery at the state fair, allowing me to understand how to interact with real customers. I also have, and will continue to do, videography, which has enhanced my leadership and communication skills. I am able to make decisions quickly and effectively. I am very skilled at teamwork and I always consider others points of view.
