*Experience providing healthcare in high pressure correctional settings.
*Skilled in oncology patient assessment, treatment planning, and educating patients and staff.
*Charge nurse communication between correctional and nursing staff to ensure patient identification and safety.

Float contract through Prolink travel agency with Kettering health at Grandview, Soin and Main medical centers.

*Experience providing quality care while being adaptable and efficient floating to various units across multiple facilities.
*Skilled in patient assessment, charge nurse leadership, and care plan implementation.
*Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as ability to thrive in diverse environments.

*Conduct pre-donation screenings, health assessments, and monitor donors during and after donations.
*Educate donors on procedures, health guidelines, and potential risks to ensure understanding and compliance.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth clinical operations and improve donor experiences.

*Administer medications, IV treatments, and interventions safely and efficiently.
*Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care.
*Demonstrate adaptability, critical thinking, and effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
