Supervised building systems via BMS, logic controllers for environmental conditions and alerts. Monitor Hippo for any work orders and pending preventative maintenance work that’s needs to be addressed and documented on progress, job statues and any parts necessary to ensure job completion and ensure safety protocols are followed. Conducted routine department inspections to identify issues that may arise from production machinery such as packaging equipment and conveyers. Executed preventative maintenance on YORK carriers, mini splits, DHU units, hydrocarbon and ethanol extraction equipment, VTA chillers while addressing electrical, plumbing and general maintenance needs.

• Managed conveyor operations using centralized control panel software and programmable logic controllers to maintain aggregate supply for plant functionality. Conducted routine inspections on material canisters, belts, rollers, chains, and three-phase motors to ensure adherence to safety protocols. Coordinated disposal of unused materials by directing drivers to appropriate waste sites based on quality standards such as temperature material parameters and aging factors.
