  • Establish strong team member relations, at all levels and provide support for people development, coaching and mentoring focusing on teamwork and inclusion
  • Work closely with international team members from with-in, as well as other customer.
  • Create continuous improvement strategies relative to KPI achievement and in translating those strategies into concrete action plans.

  • Manage all day to day operational supervisory team aspects including time keeping, PTO requests, scheduling, etc.

  • Responsible for problem solving that is non-vehicle related, but admin related
  • Work with Process Engineering to own their standard work to best balance their zone (load balancing)
  • Continuously establish, enforce and improve standards for their zone and seek to do so for adjacent zones as well
  • Conduct monthly Recharge conversations with all employees and complete talent review profiles as needed
  • Manage gaps in performance through documentation and reset conversations as needed
  • Keep team appropriately staffed by interviewing and supporting onboarding of newly hired Team Members
