- Ability to work outside of typical business hours and travel as needed (domestically and internationally)
- Manage all day to day operational supervisory team aspects including time keeping, PTO requests, scheduling, etc.
- Communicate critical updates to teams about changes/updates that need to be cascaded
- Responsible for problem solving that is non-vehicle related, but admin related
- Work with Process Engineering to own their standard work to best balance their zone (load balancing)
- Continuously establish, enforce and improve standards for their zone and seek to do so for adjacent zones as well
- Conduct monthly Recharge conversations with all employees and complete talent review profiles as needed
- Manage gaps in performance through documentation and reset conversations as needed
- Keep team appropriately staffed by interviewing and supporting onboarding of newly hired Team Members
