At Sunbelt Rentals, I started as a Preventive Maintenance mechanic providing services for Sunbelt Rentals equipment in shop and in the field. My duties in this position were to service equipment providing minor repairs when needed and upholding customer satisfaction. After a few months of employment I moved to the position of parts manager for the service department. My job duties included ordering equipment parts for repairs, opening and closing equipment work orders, inventory management and dispatching field mechanics on service calls in the field. In this role I was given additional duty sharing the safety coordinator duties. I next moved to an ERS position in our facility where I am currently positioned. I am also the safety coordinator for the facility and the time keeper for our location. I am very versatile while maintaining quality service and customer satisfaction.
