Levi Sturm

I Love getting to work with new people every day and help keep customers satisfied. I'm Energetic and like to keep it fresh every single day. With my personable nature and willingness to help others, I'm able to Resolve issues quickly and maintain good relationships with both Customers, and other team members. My father is ex-Military, so I also have a strong belief in being hard working and completing every task that's given. With discipline and a good attitude I keep the energy high and the productivity even higher.

When working at In-N-Out, I had the opportunity to perform tasks of every kind. Tasks ranging from cleaning the dining hall, to resolving issues pertaining to customer satisfaction, and even food prep in the morning. I was always on time, in good spirits, and willing to help in any way could.

As a Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, building relationships with others was second nature. Learning how to address the needs of others was an every day task, and time after time, our efforts were always fruitful. Due to the nature of the job, I also had the opportunity to study and learn both Spanish and Portuguese. Though I am not fluent in either, I can still make use of the knowledge I have to help others and hold rudimentary conversations.
