  • For 2 years, I was the Field Coordinator for SAM LLC. in Austin, Texas. My duties as a Field Coordinator were: Collaborate with the Project Managers to determine the field crew needs for each project; Create daily crew schedule based on each employees ability to meet project requirements on a weekly basis; Manage and approve time off requests and schedule accordingly. Review timesheets for billing accuracy and approve through accounting software Ajera and BST; Responsible fo fielding phone calls from the field crews and determining the best course of action to resolve each issue; Assist in the assignment of Fleet vehicles (Trucks, UTV's, Trailers and Boats) to field personnel and coordinate repairs of these Fleet vehicles; Coordinate assignment of hardware and equipment if necessary.
