Promoted from plant utilities assistant to plant utilities engineer 1 in October 2017. Promoted from plant utilities engineer 1 to plant utilities engineer 2 in october 2021. As a plant utilities engineer II, I was a working supervisor responsible for daily operations and upkeep of the physical plant, supervising plant utilities engineers, and others, in the operation, preventitive maintence, troubleshooting,repair, testing and calibration of a wide variety of commercial/industrial grade mechanical and electrical equipment, providing heat, domestic cold and hot water, ventilation, air conditioning and electrical distribution to the facility in the most safe and efficient way possible. Equipment maintained included, but not limited too, 400 HP, fire tube boilers, large and small circulation pumps, heat exchangers, air handlers, exhaust fans, chillers, water softening systems, electric control systems and devices from 24vac through 480vac, portable and stationary emergency generators and air compressors.

-Supervise and assist the maintenance department of 3 mechanics and a housekeeper.

- Daily, weekly, monthly logs and parts ordering.

- perform daily and preventative maintenance on 192 apartments, 40 townhouses and about 30000 square foot of commercial office space within Madison tower.

- Perform all aspects of apartment maintenance to ensure units were ready to rent in a timely manner.

- preventative maintenance and repairs on all building mechanical systems including but not limited too, domestic hot water and heating boilers, cooling tower, chiller, air handlers and all associated pumps, valves and controllers.

- Supervised and assisted 4 maintenance mechanics and 2 housekeeping staff. From August 2004 to October 2008

-Daily, weekly, monthly logs and parts ordering.

- perform daily and preventative maintenance on 256 apartments, and over 75000 square foot of commercial office space within Jefferson Tower and 550 and 600 East Genesee Street.

- Perform all aspects of apartment maintenance to ensure units were ready to rent in a timely manner.

- preventative maintenance and repairs on all building mechanical systems including but not limited too, domestic hot water and heating boilers, cooling tower, chiller, air handlers and all associated pumps, valves and controllers within Jefferson Tower and 550 and 600 east gennesee street.

- Maintenance mechanic from February 1999 through August 2004

- All aspects of property and building maintenance. Including but not limited too, inground pool, filter and pump maintenance, painting,sheetrock repair, rough and finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, floor coverings, landscaping, lawn care and snow removal.
