• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of production staff
• Maintain the production processes, ensuring consistency and innovation
• Floor level stock management
• Mentor and develop production employees to meet quality and performance standards
• Ensure that production schedules are met while maintaining quality, consistency, and safety.
• Work with QA Manager to enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards (HACCP, GMP, OSHA compliance).
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Assist in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
