My skills in Customer service spread over 21 years in retail, theme park assistance, and security. I provide customer service in retail clothing, assist in cutting lumber, knowledge in home building materials, and customer service as security with the public and workers at businesses. Private security for over 8 years from multiple jobs around the Bay Area and Santa Clara County. I have also worked around Pebble Beach in car shows and golf. I have earned a Private Security and Communications degree at De Anza College to develop customer, guest, and client services around the property. Policing degrees for a better understanding of laws and procedures.

My skills in leadership are recognized in De Anza and Cabrillo College school events when I became a dance choreographer for more than 10+ years with some stage directing and organizing.

My skills as a Security professional with 10+ years of experience monitoring facility staff and visitors to maintain order and safety. Demonstrated to learn new procedures and policies using defensive tactics within strict guidelines. Leverages excellent listening and service skills in emergency response and evaluation procedures. My skills improved through each job with a safety-conscious security team member with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. Physically dexterously to monitor premises through advanced security cameras. Skilled at handling and resolving conflicts professionally.
