  • The Retail Admin supports the Retail Program by ensuring accurate contract processing, compliance with funding requirements, and seamless communication between sales, operations, and program partners.   • Track and report new sales daily using Salesforce.

  • Verify contracts for required signatures, membership numbers, shop card issuance, and ROR dates.
  • Confirm financing is in place; hold cash jobs until the ROR period expires, then process payments in Retail CRM.
  • Change Order Management
  • Oan the Retail Agreement change order process, including verification of financing adjustments. Confirm change order documentation is uploaded to Salesforce.
  • Process change order payments through Retail CRM.
  • CRM Auditing & Escalations
  • Audit CRM daily for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage escalations, including red flag emails and CRM escalations.
  • Provide responses to retail program partners through Retail CRM and ensure they are documented in both the Retail CRM and Salesforce.
  • Process cancellations in CRM and request refunds from retail program account managers. Ensure canceled or unsold leads are correctly updated to avoid red flags.
  • Project Completion & Funding
  • Submit completed projects to the CRM for final review and approval.
  • Track and confirm retail program final funding for financed projects.
  • Process final funding through Retail CRM using ROII once payment is received. Collect and review all final documents in Salesforce, escalating production for missing items as needed. Upload and submit final documentation in the CRM for both financed and cash projects.
