I quickly studied different wines and with no supervision handled groups up to 50 with efficiency and a positive attitude. I also do all I can to help the owners with inventory, club memberships, hotel check ins, extra cleaning/organization, and help train new employees.

I helped plan events, gather supplies and set up various events for the park. I planned/managed a luau party for over 100 guests. I managed the bar (beer/wine) and created new drink recipes for the menu. I created social media posts to help advertise the property and learned a separate POS system to sell merchandise in the store when needed.

During the grape stomp activities, help was needed as a cashier, I was put in charge of managing a separate cashier station with no supervision. During this time I was also tasked with gathering bank data for various accounts and updating their information in QuickBooks Online and I sorted through the many transactions and correctly categorized them.

This was my first job. I greeted all guests and oversaw the grape stomp activities. I guided the tours for the vineyard, recited the history of the winery along with the types of grapes grown and used. I was directly responsible for guiding the crowd throughout their activities, making sure the adults were relaxed and refreshed while their children were entertained and happy.
