As the intensive support manager, I oversee the entire 24 hour home healthcare program for our organization. This program employ's approximately 200 people and serves 55 clients with various disabilities/high medical needs. YESS Camp is a summer camp for children ages 6-22 with physical and developmental disabilities. YESS is an outing based program that keeps the individuals active in the community during the summer months. I oversaw 40 high school students as well as 15 staff members on a weekly basis.
