  • Lead a team of five who are responsible for raising $7M for Ohel's annual campaign and restricted funds, as well as capital investments and $500,000 for Camp Kaylie in unrestricted dollars

  • Executing Ohel’s first Legacy Campaign in order to build out a strong endowment
  • Oversee five direct mail and eblast appeals which raise $500,000. Manage and analyze the data to identify how to increase the amount raised year-over-year
  • Managed and implemented first-ever online fundraising campaign for Camp Kaylie, which raised over $305,000 from more than 844 people
  • Improving systems and dashboards used within the development department, including Salesforce and wealth-screening tools, in order to better engage donors and prospects

  • Worked closely with foundation partners and managed several grants, and secured additional opportunities from new funders
  • Established alumni community as an integral piece of TAMID’s programming, which quadrupled alumni giving and led us to hire a full-time professional as a result
  • Coordinated and organized cultivation events to encourage community involvement and increase awareness of TAMID's work and mission
  • Created the structure and systems for proper research, cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation of donors
  • Determined which data needed to be collected, decided how to gather it, and performed donor analyses to identify demographics and trends, which led to the identification and cultivation of new donors and the successful engagement of lapsed-donors
