Receive from sales representatives’ requests for withdrawal of merchandise, due to different reasons: damage, expiration or poor condition
Verify that the merchandise withdrawal requests coincide with the return notes, evaluate them and request the issuance of credit notes for return
Monitor with the transport company that the merchandise that must be returned is withdrawn
Prepare all the documentation required by the drugstores in order to code the new products
Inform the Sales Representatives about the inventory of the drugstores in order to expedite the output of products by transfer
Collect and organize all the documentation required to carry out the bidding process
