Planned and implemented differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners through a multi-tiered system of support. Applied Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to ensure accessibility across a range of learning styles and abilities. Provided targeted support for neurodivergent learners, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dysgraphia. Facilitated problem-based and project-based learning experiences to challenge highly capable and advanced learners. Kinder/1st Grade Spanish teacher to nearly 60 students and responsibilities included creating lesson plans to target the language and instructional needs of each learner. Different approaches such as TPR, technology, writing, and hands-on activities were used to accomplish such goals. Additionally, my knowledge of Spanish-speaking cultures and traditions was used to promote cultural diversity and inclusion in the classroom.

Planned and implemented lesson plans in both Spanish and English for a dual-language classroom of twenty students. Reading/Math were taught in Spanish while Science/Social Studies were taught in English in a self-contained classroom. Implemented project-based, inquiry-based, and cross-curricular lesson approaches. Utilized formative and summative data to plan/drive instruction.

Science/Reading teacher of forty students with instruction in English while providing sheltered instruction to English Language Learners. Prepared laboratory activities to accompany science hands-on lessons. Provided intervention through small and one-to-one instruction to at-risk students.

Reading and Writing fourth-grade teacher of forty students with all instruction in the English language (2015-2016). Science fifth-grade teacher of one hundred students divided into periods. Prepared laboratory experiments for hands-on and inquiry learning in both classroom and lab. Designed lesson plans for diverse learners with different academic needs and languages.

• Assisted lead teacher in planning lessons for second-grade students. Provided one-on-one and small-group instruction to support students' language development and comprehension. Lastly, assisted with classroom management, behavior support, and student supervision.
