Since 2021 i have worked at the YMCA as a camp counselor and after school counselor.

i have: Supervised and engaged with children aged 5 to 14. in a variety of activities, ensuring a safe and positive environment.

• Developed and implemented age-appropriate programs and activities that promoted teamwork, creativity, and physical activity.

• Interacted with parents and members to communicate children’s progress, address concerns, and encourage a welcoming community atmosphere.

• Assisted in managing daily operations, including scheduling activities and maintaining supplies.

• Offered constructive feedback during staff meetings aimed at improving overall camp operations.

• Monitored youth behavior and offered guidance and support for positive change.
