Tasked with cleaning before and after service and restocking throughout service taught me a lot about the volume of liquor you can expect to move in a night and how much of an impact the quality of the drinks and the workspace the drinks come from can have a significant impact on whether or not a patron returns. I always did my best to remain very personable and related to patrons the best I can regardless of an age gap or coming from different walks of life.
