Coordinated sixteen personnel in the troubleshooting, repair, and documentation of discrepancies on fourteen E/A-18G Aircraft, including while on a seven month deployment and pre/post-deployment training exercises.

• Ensured that junior members of the work center were progressing in their qualifications and troubleshooting knowledge to create a more flexible shift, able to share workload more effectively.
• Properly tracked part numbers and serial numbers of components installed and removed from aircraft to certify all maintenance practices were performed and documented correctly.
• Consistently volunteered to assist other work centers in identifying and correcting malfunctions, contributing to both squadrons' high mission completion rate.
• Performed thorough inspections during scheduled aircraft maintenance, recognizing and correcting issues such as frayed wiring, broken electrical connector components, and corrosion before they became more serious, saving future working time.

Responsible for daily, pre-flight, and post-flight inspections of five E-2C aircraft to ensure they were properly serviced and ready to fly, to include refueling, changing engine oil, verifying liquid oxygen supply. Helped to qualify twelve people, resulting in a massive work center readiness increase.

• Managed coordination of troubleshooters and ground crew during engine start up/shutdown and aircraft taxi to/from the runway, ensuring safety of all personnel and equipment.
• Verified aircraft had the correct amount of fuel for specified missions, that fuel samples were taken to check for contaminants, engine oil was serviced and hourly consumption properly calculated and within limits after every flight, often on quick turnaround times between events.
• Kept track of all tools and support equipment needed to service the aircraft, making sure nothing went missing, guaranteeing the aircraft could safely complete their missions.
• Taught junior personnel proper procedures for fueling, servicing aircraft engine oil, and inspecting all aspects of the aircraft to make sure that they were ready to fly.
