Proven leadership, hard working, communications skills, networking, as well as a thorough understanding of the Equipment business. My whole life starting since I was in grade school, I have always been an extremely hard worker and have been working for a wage ever since. I have had numerous jobs in numerous fields, and these have taught me many things on how to thrive in the work force. I have chosen jobs that are high paced, high stress, and even jobs such as being a trash truck driver that taught me to get the job done no matter the circumstance. Through my Equipment job I have learned how to problem solve and communicate to assist my position coaches and in order to help the football team to the best of my ability. This also required working with some of the top football coaches in the country, that are very respectable within their fields and more. As a result of our hard work, our team was able to win the NCAA Division I championship, which taught me what it takes to run a successful program. Through my various jobs, I have also attained very effective organizational skills. Organizing various equipment and apparel is critical in my line of work as managing one hundred and twenty players, and over 150 staff members would be impossible without organization. Flexibility is one of my strengths as there is any time I can work with and any day that I can work around. My current job has me working sometimes up to ninety hours a week as this shows my flexibility.
