I have always been able to pride myself on having the attitude that I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to. Through training physically to play collegiate baseball and now to training mentally to learn an ever-changing and technologically advancing trade. I can apply my goals, morals, and work ethic to any environment I am in.
I started as an apprentice through CEI after joining the Union, achieved my journeyman's license, then graduated from the JATC electrical program. Through my career here I have worked on many new-build oil sites, large and small scale commercial projects where I took on a foreman position, and currently I am contracted by Chord Energy as an I&E Tech / Maintenance Electrician.
After achieving my electrical license, I was asked to be a Lab Instructor for the 4th and 5th year students going through the JATC electrical program at the union hall. In my year of teaching there I was responsible for preparing the students to take the state license exam, as well as hands on lab lessons dedicated to motor control drawings and wiring, troubleshooting, wiring basic to advanced electrical circuits, etc.
