  • Worked across our region in several stores grossing over $5 Million each where I specialized in food cost and inventory management.
  • Kept inventory levels optimized and supplies organized for forecasted demands by regularly adjusting pars via PMIX.
  • Conducted weekly inventory with the GM and researched variances to control food cost. I was able to bring one of our stores from a 16.5% to 15.7% in one period and keep it there over a quarter while I was in the that store.
