Served as Project Manager to secure funding from the state and federal governments under the CHIPS Act for the Corvallis fab resulting in $53M grant from the federal government and $9.5M from the state of Oregon.

  • Prior to legislation, worked with HP Government Affairs and Oregon lobbyist to influence the writing of the respective bills
  • Coordinated multiple visits to the HP site by legislative representatives to increase and influence knowledge of the site and enhance opportunities for grant approval
  • Hired outside consultant to assist with writing Federal grant application and served as project manager for HP to complete over 200 page application over a year long process.
  • Independently wrote application for the State of Oregon

Master Level Lead: Print Supplies Finance Team

  • Held multiple roles supporting the Print Business; pioneered roles in Emerging Market support and Supplies Reengineering, necessitating partnerships across many HP organizations inside and outside of Print and Finance to attain business goals.
  • Acted as the Finance lead supporting the Technology Development Organization (Supplies R&D), responsible for mentoring junior analysts in COE.
  • Promoted to a newly created Business Strategy role supporting the Emerging Markets business across Print (HW & Supplies). Developed new analytical tools to model EM P&L's and drove financial strategies and analytics to develop new business models (Ink Advantage, CISS) specifically tailored to the EM's.
  • Pioneered a new role as an analyst in the newly created Supplies Reengineering team. Primary role involved serving as Project Manager for a year-long project to assess the completeness and accurateness of Channel Inventory reporting (CIO) across the entire HP Print organization and each region. This work resulted in the creation of new definitions of key components of the WOS calculations across the organization, as well as informing requirements into the corporate wide Aurora initiative.
  • Served as the Print lead for corporate initiatives regarding Finance activities including the Finance Service Catalog. Made recommendations based on this information to Senior Finance leadership to balance and drive efficiency and resources across the organization.
  • Selected for and participated in the 2017 HiPo Program. Created as a team the Next Stop tool as an outcome of this project which served as the first deliverable for the People Experience Program. Served as the “content administrator” for the team which involved personally collaborating across all Finance L2 organizations to gather content for the tool. After program concluded, advocated for the tool by personally presenting in 3 site Finance Days and participated in several PEP team initiative committees.
