As a Tech I am working on a drug and alcohol rehab facility where a lot of people have mental conditions or behavior issues that can easily make simple tasks challenging. these challenges are something I've grown to learn how to make easier for the patients by doing breathing exsercisess, stepping into an office to figure out different ways to make tasks easier for them or just compromising. The main tasks in my day are, hourly rounds, snacks and meals, groups, checking blood pressure, and 3- 4 group notes on the completer. my favorite part of my job are the connections i have with patients, being able to be there for people when they may not have anyone else there for them warms every part of my body and soul. a very big skill of mine in this field is my communication skills and organization skills.

• Conducted client rounds to check on residents.
• Delivered compassionate care under challenging circumstances, consistently demonstrating resilience and adaptability when faced with unexpected obstacles or setbacks in patient progress.
• Provided crisis intervention services, successfully de-escalating situations and ensuring patient safety.
• Built and maintained positive staff relationships to promote teamwork and better serve clients.

• I worked using auto welders and have certifications for AA Tech aerospace auto welding machines. I could push 100 to 140 parts a day while keeping a very positive attitude and I was always recognized for it.

• Provided comprehensive home care for an elderly individual, assisting with daily activities such as laundry, light cleaning, cooking, short walks, and personal care.
