Coordinate and manage daily field operational objectives, timelines, and goals.

Monitor the overall progress of a project and work site, review processes and practices within teams to
ensure consistency, efficiency and quality of delivery.
Participate in the monitoring of the project schedule and budget and work with Senior Management/Owner to maintain and update. Coordinate with the subcontractor's office for recovery plans where necessary, meet regularly with staff and subcontractors to discuss progress, obstacles, challenges and

Manage the planning of work in relation to phased work and/or ow of work for the project as it relates to mechanical/electrical, plumbing and sprinkler systems, framing . Also review of planning of temporary power/lighting, water and any required ventilation and temporary power.
Review cost of work related to RFI’s and change orders for MEP/framing and procurement logs.
Reviewing RFI’s submitted by MEPs contractors to ensure they are complete.
Develop schedule to ensure to MEPs/Framing items have adequate time to accomplish their work. Especially as in relates to long lead and inspections.
Ensure the work performed by the MEPs contractors adheres to the project's details and specications.
Review drawings to account for completeness between MEPS. Such as all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, framing, civil and architectural drawing .
Review shop drawings to meet design criteria. Ensure any changes or additions to the drawings are coordinated with all sub-contractors.
Support Field Leadership and project management team to build quality for the project. Look for and mitigate risk, solve sub issues, teach field to become better builders.
