Gardening and Exercising

Gardening and Exercising

My daily practice and personal goal is to practice Universal Compassion, an idea I learned from reading the Art of Happiness by 14th Dalai Lama. Gardening and exercising are my portals to achieving the above goal, these activities are my practice to mindful meditation. Nursing is much more then physical, our patients' mental health plays a pivotal roll in their healing. I believe our healing energy is crucial to overall patients experience and help improve outcomes. Furthermore selfcare is the key to generating healing and positive loving energy. Daily selfcare through my hobbies facilitate my ability to practice empathy and compassion with ease and genuineness.
