  • Yeshivat Chovevei Torah, Essay Contest, 2023, "Working towards an רוֹא שָׁדָח : Earning Worthiness in an Imperfect World". Analyzing biblical and contemporary sources to argue the necessity of XXX, this essay received the contest's runner-up prize.
  • Shalom Hartman Institute, Essay Contest Hartman Essay, "Building a Bayit: Holding the Particular and Personal with the Universal and Communal". Evaluated the necessities and costs of personal and communal commitments and their relationship to each other. A personal and argumentative essay. This essay won the essay contest, was published in the spring edition of sources, and recorded for the Shalom Hartman podcast.

Awards

  • Dean's Advisory Award - Theater, Awarded by the Dean of UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television, specifically awarded to enable the extracurricular study of physical theater.
  • Fine Arts Trust Award, Awarded to support deserving and talented art students who are anxious to complete art studies abroad, particularly in Europe. Received $2,000 of funding to research and participate in physical theater studies abroad, specifically with the Laban Conservatory.
