  • I developed my 30-year professional experience in my hometown, Caracas, Venezuela, as a Bilingual Executive Assistant for General Managers and Country Directors in Multinational American and Canadian Companies, such as Nabisco de Venezuela, Quaker Products, Placer Dome de Venezuela, and Eveready de Venezuela. In every position I held I was responsible for:
  • The country manager s electronic agendas.
  • The country manager s expenses reports.
  • Making and responding phone calls, keeping record and making sure we responded all of them appropriately.
  • Travel arrangements for the country director and foreign visitors, including visas, tickets, flight connections, hotel booking, and air and ground transportation. I also successfully arranged meetings with clients and Government officers.
