- Check-in models from other dental companies to keep records; write down patient's names and details along with which dental companies it came from.
- Go over designed teeth models to fill in gaps and undercuts with wax before sculpturing.
- Soak models into a jar for 15 minutes to release bubbles & then dup them into molder case, then put them into cold water for 30 minutes to make duplicates from original models.
- Pull the models from the dup to invest duplicated models for 45 minutes.
- Pull out invested duplicated models to trim into perfect sizing.
- Heat invested duplicated models for 15-25 minutes before dipping in hot wax.
- Transfer design lines on duplicated models before waxing into designed denture.
- Screw in cone-like screws into finished waxed models & begin investing over it and have it set for 10 minutes before pulling out the cone-like screws.
- Put the finished waxed models into a machine to begin melting wax into metal frames for dentures.
