Experienced in analytical method transfer, optimization, development, and qualification for release and stability testing. Participated on multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating with clients (both domestic and international) and monitored study compliance in accordance to written standard operating protocols. Experience in training cell culture techniques, cell-based assays, and day-to-day supervision of junior team members. Experience in establishing project costs and feasibility. Proficient at technical writing, drafting and editing scientific documents, problem solving, trouble shooting, and data analysis. Expertise in the following areas: In vitro: Establishment of cell culture facility, and maintenance of primary/non-primary, neuronal and non-neuronal cells. Methods include platform methods (i.e. A280, pH, appearance, osmolality, HCP ELISA, bioburden, endotoxin), ELISA, SDS-PAGE and cGE, Western blot, zymography, immunoaffinity protein purification, immunohistochemistry, RNA/DNA/protein isolation and quantification, RT-PCR, real-time PCR, functional assays (absorption/transport, cell attachment, proliferation, and binding), IEF and cIEF, and HPLC (RP, SEC, IEX). Microscopy: Extensive microscopy experience utilizing a variety of different instruments, and image capture of both cells and tissues; including confocal microscopy and TEM Other Skills: Drafting and review of documents (Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs), Qualification Protocols (QPs), Stability Protocols (SP), SOP/QP/SP and purification development support reports.
