Being a hostess was a job consisted of so much tasks and certain expectations. It wasn't an easy job but with my skills and quick learning i was able to quickly pick up and was able to do any task assigned to me within a few weeks. I would say that from the help of my coworkers and managers i was able to learn more and experience different things in my work space. i was able to use my communication skills to work well with customers and be able to assist them in any way possible. i would say every customer would leave the restaurant happy and satisfied, i helped my coworkers in their jobs just as much as they helped me. I did my best to train new employees in ways that was understandable and helpful for them and allowed them to be able to do the job to their best abilities.
