- Maintains cleanliness in labs and replenishes supplies needed.

- Performing maintenance on Co2 incubators, centrifuges, freezers and refrigerators, biosafety cabinets, incubator shakers, plate washers, vi-cell counters, and UV spectrophotometer.

- Performing daily checks on sensitive lab equipment to achieve consistent and high-performing functionality. The Yokogawa system is linked to equipment in the BT labs and is checked each day for alarms, normal ranges for equipment, or breaks in data.

- Cell culturing includes maintenance of cell lines. For this, I am trained to count cells using a hemocytometer.

-Currently maintaining four cell lines for validation purposes in the testing group.

- Familiar with how to passage both suspension and adherent cell lines.

- Reviewing and retiring logbooks that are to be archived.

- Receiving and storing packages that arrive for BT.

- Works with GMP real-time documentation on paper and in ELN (IDBS E-Workbook).

- Performed testing and quality control using approved laboratory procedures and instrumentation

- Prepared reagents and solutions following standard laboratory formulas and procedures

- I perform these tasks with minimal supervision and can maintain my time well.

- Assist guests with where they need to go for door dash or online pickups.

- I am able to answer any questions that guests may have.

- Seat guests at tables and make sure they have a menu and are comfortable and happy with their seating arrangement.

Bakery to go runner

- Bagging cheesecake's and placing them on their designated side for door dash or online.

- Bagging orders and making sure everything is there and that the order is complete.

- Notifying guests when their orders are ready and bringing them out and handing them to the guest.

Stays for closing most nights, sanitizing and cleaning everything, and making sure things are completely stocked for the next day.

- For all this, I work independently and always work well with my coworkers. I do all this with minimal supervision, and I am always able to complete my tasks and provide excellent customer service.

- Assisted guests with locating theaters, seats, restrooms or concessions.

- Enforced theater rules such as limitations against photography and cell phone use.

- Helped maintain security by verifying individual and group tickets.
