Co-founder/Organizer of a community outreach program "ProjectGiveBack"

"ProjectGiveBack" was established September, 2024. The outreach targets the unsheltered men and women in and around the Salt Lake Valley area, using multiple social media platforms to reach out to my local community in support to donate clothing, shoes, gloves, blankets, hygiene, and etc.

The outreach has required compassion, dedication, time, organization, and determination stemmed from my own personal relationship with my older brother. Since starting the outreach I have served hundreds of unsheltered individuals by hosting a monthly "GiveBack" as we like to call it! With each month being bigger than the last, recruiting more volunteers and receiving more donations each time. I have dedicated my time to network and coordinate with individuals and business in receiving and sorting donations.

While in highschool I was apart of my school's Latino's in Action club. I was given the opportunity to meet the founder Dr. Jose Enriquez.

I was able to prepare food and hygiene kits for the unsheltered and go and pass them out around Downtown Salt Lake.

Once a week I would go to an elementary school near by and help the students with english and take the extra time with all the students to excel in their subjects.

This club taught me so much, from finding a culture, to loving and giving back to all.

I am looking for the opportunity to work with a team that will help me gain valuable skills that will help me gain valuable skills that will teach me to be an outgoing employee that will benefit everyone. From the knowledge I gain from the experience. I hope that it will help me succeed in life, going above and beyond, and reaching my goals career-wise.
