In person and virtual education for patients on five different medications (immunology and neurology) worked during 3 new launches. Supported multiple indications including rare diseases. Performed insurance fulfillment, access support, medication administration training, adherence, and motivational interviewing. Mentored multiple new hires and uplifted two new teams, became the advanced district trainer for two teams. Promoted to senior field nurse educator and joined multiple board teams to increase efficiency of patient support.

Med-Surg: Performed assessments, planning, and implementation of care for oncology, ortho, behavioral health and rehabilitation patients (obtained CRRN certificate) in fast pace settings. Experience with foley catheters, wound care, hospice protocol, post op care, peripheral IVs and central line management, nasogastric placements, assisting doctors with multiple bedside procedures such as thoracentesis and paracentesis. Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams for implementation of care. Relief charge nurse in rehabilitation unit managing staff workflow, patient acuity, and unit operations. Chair Lead of the Unit-Base Council; performing fall-risk prevention interventions project.

Conducted assessments, monitoring and coordinated care plans for geriatric patients. Educated all patients and families in Spanish on chronic disease & management. Collaborated with physicians and caregivers for individualized patient care plans. Performed medication administration and education. Supervised nursing staff ensuring compliance and quality standards. Lead multidisciplinary care planning meetings.
