• In January of 2025, I took on the role of Team Lead. I lead our weekly team planning meetings, and PLC Data Drives. I represented 3rd grade at ILT meetings.

• I have worked with a 5th grade teacher since 2024 to bring our classes together as reading buddies.
• In continuation of our collaboration, the 5th grade teacher and I have worked with administration of the Middle School to begin implementing a before school reading program where students can work together to grow their reading and leadership skills.
• Communication with parents through phone calls, dojo messages, and personal notes home to highlight their scholar.

I student taught at Green Lake Elementary School, Green Lake, WI. My cooperating teacher was Amanda Krejcarek. I began by observing methods and teaching strategies for a third grade classroom that was split during COVID. I participated in parent/teacher conferences. I taught language arts and math in both classrooms due to COVID-19 regulations up until April. After April, the regulations lifted and we returned to one classroom and a normal schedule. I taught all subjects, worked daily with my cooperating teacher to write and create daily lesson plans. I created whole group and partner discussion activities for various subjects. I developed activities to further learning in all subjects. I designed projects to demonstrate student's learning in science and social studies. I provided partner and small group games to work on basic math skills. I spent time conversing with students on various topics of interest as we worked on different skills throughout the semester.

• We would talk about what they wanted to work on or what they struggled with prior to summer and how we can help improve their skills for the following year, this was done to keep open communication
• Used manipulatives, visuals and games to help with understanding.

• Helped teach students and assist in morning enrichment, through activities, readings, crafts, and computer work at Barlow Park Elementary School
• Helped teach students and assist in the BRAVE after school program at both Barlow Park and Murray Park/Quest Elementary School (involving homework, interacting in activities and conversations, as well as assisting in their exploration of various activities such as baking nights, gym games, etc)
• Also spent time helping students with homework help virtually in spring of 2020.
