I once was going to become a shift lead manager at Wendy’s my work ethic is so good but I declined it I may had felt like that would been a lot on me at the same time that shows that I was being a good team member for the 9 months I was working there and put in alot of work. I was working extra shifts on my off days coming in for people but I didn’t mind it and I always will carry the work ethic I have with me because one day I might become a manager again and not decline it. I was and is truly proud of myself for the big promotion I was given that is something great that I will always remember.
