Also keeping an organized schedule with planning meals (specials) or helping with shipment orders. Keeping a daily log of all utensils and types of meals made making sure they have all required food groups within the day required by state regulations while working around allergies.
I switch between waitress and cook, mostly including cleaning, cooking, being a cashie, and have good costumer service.
