Personal Ponies is a non profit organization that breeds, trains, and provides UK Shetland ponies through leases to therapeutic organizations working with special needs people. Personal Ponies has worked with Make A Wish Foundation, Special Olympics. The ponies travel to schools, hospitals, senior citizens, camps, and veteran centers. Through volunteering with this organization, I saw the impact animals can have on others. My tasks were feeding the ponies, training, mucking stalls, and assisting in travel.

Southeastern Equine Rescue (SEER) rescues and provides assistance for neglected, abused, abandoned, or seized horses. I have volunteer with this rescue for years. Working with all types of rescued horses with all different situations. I have learned a great amount of knowledge for horses through this rescue. Taking care of these horses as my own, and even transporting horses to neighboring rescues up north.
