As someone who is dedicated and eager to make a meaningful impact as a teacher, I am determined to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students. I am detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, dependable, and can easily adapt to unexpected circumstances. I am also committed to providing guidance and support by engaging students in collaboration and hands-on learning approaches.

• Venture Church, Mill Creek, WA - Middle School Youth Leader: Provided guidance and support to youth in developing positive self-image and thriving personal relationships, participated in regular mettings with leadership team to discuss strategies, challenges, and successes.
• Mission Trip to Tecate, Mexico

- Practicum at Hillcrest Elementary School 09/2023 - 03/2024: Lake Stevens School District, Lake Stevens, WA

     - Working with students one-on-one, small/whole group settings, teaching lessons in math, reading, and writing, building positive relationships

- Practicum at Dutch Hill Elementary School 01/2023 - 06/2023: Snohomish School District, Snohomish, WA

      - Interacted competently at a developmentally appropriate level with 3rd grade students, planned and taught 6+ lessons throughout the two    quarters, worked effectively with struggling students
