• Open facility daily, performing safety checks and preparing classrooms and common areas for arrival of children and staff.
• Greet families and manage morning drop-off procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to the day.
• Supervise early arrivals and maintain a safe, nurturing environment until lead teachers arrive.
• Assist in implementing age-appropriate educational activities and routines under the direction of lead teachers.
• Support children’s development through play, conversation, and guided learning experiences.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization; assist with toileting, diapering, meals, and transitions.
• Monitor and report on children’s behavior, progress, and any concerns to lead teachers and center director.
• Follow state regulations and center policies related to health, safety, and child development.
