As a barista, multi-tasking is the primary goal. Throughout my time as a barista, I have learned important skills like excellent customer service, positive attitude, time-efficiency, and much more. These skills have allowed me to grow into a reliable barista fro my coworkers, and makes for a smooth shift at the coffee shop. These skills have not only been beneficial with work, but also school and daily life. With school, time-management and maintaining that positive attitude are important in order for me to get assignments done on time, as well as maintain a good attitude, even during the stressful times of the school year. And, in my daily life, the important customer service skills I learned have helped me become a patient and problem-solving person throughout the challenging situations I face.
