Meet weekly with DRE to review activities for the month for the religious education program.
Register 800 students and create their classroom’s group list.
Assist in recruiting catechists.
Create forms (jot, templates, other) as needed.
Create and develop exams, study guides and other material provided to the students.
Responsible for creating religious education programs including curriculum development and the selection of texts and materials for all religious education programs for both parents and students.
Collect data for registration and class attendance at all levels of the religious education program.

Organize and maintain all forms of paperwork related to sacraments, including the making of certificates and having them by the pastor.
Send out Notifications of Sacraments received to the Church of Baptism.
Update Sacramental books.
Attend diocesan DRE meetings when suggested by the DRE.
Prepare banquets and hospitality for our catechists during retreats, fund raisers and other activities.
Assist with calls to schedule appointments for DRE and general questions about the sacraments.
Maintains open and honest communications with the Pastor, Office Manager and Director of Religious Education and provide regular reports.
Aided other parishes with their catechetical programs from the Hispanic Ministry.
Assisted with Programa de Formacion de Catequistas hosted by Sister Mary Johanna.
