  • Responsible for maximizing in-line quality processes by monitoring Metrology, PC, Etch Rate, SPC data measurement and Defect control to support continuous flow for 11, 14, 17, 28, 32, 45 and 65 nodes MOL and Legacy in CMOS.
  • Conducted root cause analysis to identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses for all 15 groups of all fleet using LAM, AMATASH, AMAT, PSK and TEL tools.
